Has the VIN configuration changed for 2008?
Thanks, |
The vin decoder at http://fleet.toyota.com/html/50/vin_decoder.asp has not been updated since 2006 (as that is the last year in the file).
Someone at Toyota Fleet should update this ... but you can do it yourself if you know how to use a text editor. Save the vin_decoder.asp on your computer and edit it. Unfortunately, unless you post the vin_decoder.asp file on a web site no one else can use it. There are other changes besides the year because they have added different engines, body types etc. These items are in the owners manual. |
Anyone know if there is a Toyota VIN decoder that will recognize VIN's up to and including 2009?
