I knew it came from somwhere from the sunroof, so I looked up and the wind deflector was just flapping around. When I came to my destination, the sunroof wouldn't budge. I ended up holding the wind deflector down with one hand and pushing the switch with the other to close it.

Here is what they replaced on mine:

63203-35040 Housing sub-assy, sl
63205-35030 Cable sub-assy, tilt
90467-12080 Clip
90467-10161 Clip
90468-04157 Clip
90159-50336 Screw, w/washer

You are lucky this happened before the warranty went up. It took over 6 hours of labor.
Did this happen in one of your 05's?

Are you sure that wasn't the sunroof wind deflector automatically raising/lowering depending on your speed?

Im not sure, I didnt know that it automatically adjust. but the noise seem to generate from the back part of the sunroof and it sounded like when you try to close or open the sunroof.

No, this happened in my 2003 Sport. One of the 05's is developing a squeak when you close the sunroof though. :o

Ok whew, a squeak I can handle with a little grease but all these reports were scaring me! Here's hoping that the problems were fixed for 05. :yesyes:

Yes it automatically adjusts. When you get to 55mph, the wind deflector lowers to reduce noise. When you get to about 45mph, the deflector will raise back up. It sounds very similar to when you are tilting the moon roof. Try it out!

When I first got the truck, it freaked me out when it first did that. I had to read the manual to learn that it was a "feature"
