Fishtail after bump

I have a 99 4Runner. Sometimes after hitting a bump in the road my 4Runner feels like its about to go out of control, fishtails a litte and then recovers.

My discription is probably a little worse than it actually is, but when this happens at high speeds it can be a little scary.

Bald tires? Too much play in the rear suspension? Low tire pressure?

Tire pressure is OK.

The tires are not bald, but perhaps I could use new ones. What
