2nd gen carb/weber

hi. i have a 2nd gen 4runner with a 4y engine and i'm having some problem with the external fuelpump of 6psi that I bought from napa and and i'm having some problem with my weber carb.
does anyone have some advise or idea form me, to get e better fuelpump and a better carb??
