Vibration in steering wheel at high speeds

I just had 20" rims installed with Goodyear EagleGTII tires and when I first drive it after my rims were intsalled I did not notice anything becaue I was at low speeds. That night my wife was DD driver and when she hit highway speeds the whole truck shook. Well the place that I gought them from did not have anyone on Saterdays to work on it so I took it to a NTW around the corrner. They had to balance the tires twice but I still have a small (alot less than it was) vibration at highway speeds. I notice that I sometimes feel it at about 40MPHish, very slight but there. Could this be a cause of the rims, tires, rotors, or something on the front end? Any advice would be helpful because I go to the place that installed my rims today for them to look at it.

Again it got really bad after the 20's were installed. I have 275/45/20 Goodyear Eagle GTII on there.

Had a similar problem with the Revos -- would not balance. Turned out to be 2 problems:

1. The balancer at one place was defective.

2. One of the Revos had a problem.

Got the problems fixed and the vibration has not recurred.

Thanks that is a big help. Now I just need to get my money back for the balancing that I had to get done because the place that installed them could not look at it right away...

Well come to find out that they do not have the right part to balance my tires. They have ordered it and should be balanced properly at the end of the week.
