Sounds like it could be a bulb issue. Normally if a turn signal bulb is burned out in the RT Front Headlamp, the RT Rear Tail lamp will flash faster than normal.
I would take the signal bulbs out and check to make sure the filament in the bulb looks ok, then put dielectric grease between the bulb plug and wiring harness plug.
I worked on a truck this week in my shop that had all Aftermarket led lighting and wire harness. The dash lights would all blink when the turn signal was on if the bulb wasn't flipped in the plug the proper way. So I'm staying away from LEDs, it took over an hour to get all the lights to work.
