Noise in 4X4 at highway speeds

It was raining hard when I left work last night so I engaged the 4 wheel drive to help the stock tires stick to the road a little better. At around 60 mph, I heard a noise that sounds like a bad tire on a semi coming from my truck. It doesn't do it in 2 wheel drive and it only does it when applying power. If I lift off the gas pedal, it goes away. I'm taking it in to the dealer, just wanted to know if anyone else has had a similar problem.

in the manual (if you read it) says you could damage the car if you go over 60mph in 4x4 high

uhhhh, it doesn't say that in my manual. It may say that switching to 4WD over 62mph isn't a good idea, but makes no mention of a speed limit while driving in 4WD.

The "Keep vehicle speed below 100 km/h (60 mph)" on the visor card in the owners manual is a limit for shifting from H2 to H4. Once in 4 wheel drive, there is no speed limit, except for the "Drag=Horsepower" limit.
