Should there be a dimple on the crank gear? I would also assume that the balancer and pulley should not be 2 peices?

I lined up the mark but the pulley spun free from the balancer while I was messing with it. So not I've lost all orientation as to where I started. Obviously the cams are marked and set where they need to be. I pulled #1 spark plug and found tdc. I checked on both strokes and no dimple to be found.

I've spent the last couple hours perusing threads and haven't seen my answer.

I don’t have enough posts yet to start my own thread.. so I’m cheating like I did with the top bolt and posting here.

1987 4Runner Front Shock Absorber Removal

The top bolt was stripped so I cut that with a hacksaw. The bottom bolt (22mm) was also heavily seized. I applied penetrating lube to the bottom bolt and eventually broke the bolt free. I was able to release the nut from the other end of the bolt.. but it won’t thread out of the bottom of the shock absorber and it appears to have a metal sleeve that it is threaded in to between the bushings and the shock absorber.

I hammered on it and bent the bracket slightly on the lower control arm. I tightened it back up and bent it back in to place for now...

How do I get the bolt out of the sleeve inbetween the brackets? Should I burn the bushing out and go at it with a Dremel?
