Hi,
I had a Fox 2.5 coil over installed and am getting a loud clank when I take this one right turn in my neighborhood- there is a small crack along road mid apex; nothing special otherwise. I can feel a tiny shudder in the steering wheel corresponding with the noise.
I cannot replicate the noise on speed bumps, or any other normal driving. Does not happen on mild fire roads. Have yet to go on more serious trips before I figure out this noise.
Gen 5 trd pro, 30k miles, no kdss, spc uca, stock wheels and tires. Truck has made the noise at stock preload on the Foxes at 2 inch lift as well as when it was cranked up to 3.25 inches. Does not seem to be the sound of a coil over topping out. The front of the sway bar is clearing the radiator mount, and there is no sign of anything rubbing. Nothing is loose to the yank.
Ive checked the torque settings on the lower control arms already. Freshly aligned. Suspension works well.
Thanks for any ideas, heres the video of the clank. It is loud enough that people on the sidewalk all turn because it is a frightening bang.
