SRS code B1861

A few days ago, my 40oz water canister leaked and spilled through the passenger seat. Seat was soak main on rear part. It dried up after 2 days. But after a week of driving the runner, the SRS/ airbag lit up. Disconnected the battery twice with no resolve. Hence i bought an OBD2 with ABS and SRS diagnostic capability. The code is B1861 open in knee airbag (D side) squib circuit. I have No idea on how to fix this. I was for sure it was going to be the sensor on the passenger seat but now i am not sire where to start. Need advice please!!!

You ever figure this out? I've got the same code that comes on intermittently. SRS Reader (Innova 5310) says it's the "Open in Knee Airbag (D Side) Squib Circuit. Going to follow this video today from the lexus forum... a comment on the video on youtube claims this helped with a 2010 4runner. Trying to sell the car this week and this happens GO FIGURE

No. But it went away after a few days. It could be a moisture or water got in the connectors.

Hey Moreno
I've got all the motor part in mint condition.
And all you could think of either. Just have to hit me up via email for pictures and shipping.
