Weird Throttle Noise at 75-80mph

Had a v8 4runner prior and now gx470. Get this noise going at 75-80 mph only when I have the accelerator pedal slightly depressed and holding. As soon as I let go it goes away or if I mash the pedal down all the way. Kinda stumped as to what it could be. Only thing I've seen is a slightly stuck egr valve, no cels or any lights. Some guidance would be highly appreciated!

Just guessing. Sounds like a low rear diff whine in the normal range.

Any idea how to fix that? I've already changed the fluids and sound is still there. It does sound like it's coming from the engine bay area but I'm not sure, hard to tell.

If the noise is coming from the engine bay it could be the alternator bearing. Try turning your head lights on and off and see if it changes the sound.

I'll try that again. I remember it didn't make a difference last time I was driving with the headlights on vs headlights off. But worth a shot to make sure.

Just tried, the sound still there. Would wind noise be dependent on throttle? I can control the noise with the throttle. It does seem like it's coming from the front. I'm kinda stumped at this moment. Might have to throw it on jacks and find the sound I'd assume?
