Key won't turn in ignition 2017 Pro

Seems like my ignition is locked. Key goes in all the way but won't turn at all. Is this a thing? Steering wheel wasn't locked initially, so I locked it up in hopes it would possibly fix the issue...now I have a locked ignition and a locked wheel...lol. Anyway, if anyone has experience with this issue or knows a fix, I'd appreciate the feedback. Truck does turn on with remote start, but as soon as key is inserted it shuts off and still no give in the ignition.
Thanks!

Did this once in my 2018. Had to really wrench on the wheel one way or the other. Holding it tight finally allowed the key to work.

Would be much easier if you could safely Jack the front end into the air. It only occurred one time.

Also you can press the shift lock override button the little square lid on the shifter. put it in N and try and turn the key while turning the wheel slightly left and right.

Thanks for the input, guys. I had the truck towed to the dealership near me as my mechanic that I trust said they can't deal with newer vehicle keys/cylinders. Seems like a piece of the ignition housing broke off and is protruding into the ignition cylinder causing the key to not properly set and allowing it to turn. $1131 for a "freak accident" as they put it. It was nothing that I did, just a failure of the cylinder housing. I really gotta stop making these "freak" accidents happen.
I did ask the service tech to keep the original cylinder for me so I can take some pics for reference for others.
