Sounds like the blend door actuator that moves the "door" in the HVAC system from cold to hot and vice versa or in between for just slightly warm air has gone bad and the door is stuck opened to the cold side.
Remove the glove box (this is where the HVAC actuators live) and you should be able to find the correct actuator by the buzzing sound it's making, there is also a mode door actuator that control which vent the air comes out of.
Replacing these actuators (little motors in a black box) is sorta difficult because of the tight areas they're in, i.e. getting to the screws that holds them in place, you can manually move the "arm" on the actuators/doors which should give you hot air instead of cold, many people do this because they don't either have time or the experience for replacing the actuator/s or just don't want to do it...but when you need the air to be cold again you have to move the arm back.
