Are your brakes worn? If the fluid level gets too low in the master cylinder reservoir it will put the red brake light on.....in turn, disabling the VSC, and TRAC systems. Open the hood, and look at the fluid level would be the first thing I check. If it is past the min, you can add some DOT 3 fluid.....BUT, it would be low for a reason, and if it is low, get your brakes checked!

Hope that helps.

The ECU may have stored a code (like a bad O2 sensor for ex) You need to have a shop pull the codes for you.

You could disconnect the battery, which will erase the RAM, and see if the lights come back on; but be prepared to reset the windows and radio presets.

My 2004 T4R had the VSC TRACK, VSC OFF and ABS lights all come on (no check engine light) and the truck wouldn't shift out of Park without pushing the little shift release button

Took it to the dealer (intending to have them do a zero point calibration) and they pulled OBD codes indicating a faulty brake light switch - apparently that can cause the warning lights I mentioned to come on. Repair scheduled for tomorrow, will update if it was the really the cause.
