Take it to another dealership or ask to speak with the service department manager. I talk to the sales rep, if you took it to the selling dealer for service, to see if the sales rep can get some pull--it worked for me because I bought two Toyotas from him within 6 months.

email page. Be firm, but kind and let them know that a $60 part on a one year old vehicle is going to lead you to heavy reconsideration for your future vehicles and recommendation of the Toyota, Lexus and Scion brand to others.
