Unhappy No Acceleration, Loss Power!

Hey guys, hope someone could offer me some insight as to what could be at the root of my problems.
I Drive a 2000 4 runner stick shift, anyways, a few weeks ago as I went up a hill I could feel the car not having as much power as usual when I hit the accelerator, the tachometer was revving hire to get up the same hill as usual.

I assumed it was maybe a dead spark plug, so I wasn

How many miles on clutch? I towed boat and mine went at 80k - other Yota PU went to 95k. Don't let go long or you'll need flywheel too. I've never heard of a stick shift trans being flushed though - its 80-90 weight fluid and drains slowly.
