Exclamation check engine trac off vsc
I've been having this problem for quite a while now my 4r runs great and is in excellent condition but the light keeps coming on I reset it plenty of times the code is p0420 catalyst system efficiency below threshold bank 1. Anyone have any ideas to what this might be? Mind u I do have k&n a/f and flowmaster exhaust.

Hi,I am not sure about Toyotas,but I am a certified Honda tech and when I get a p0420 code it has to have a CAT,period.May be different for Toyota though.Call the dealer and tell them the code maybe they will tell you.

VSC off, TRAC off and check engine light on and rough idle

I'm having some same issues with mine. I have an 02 sr5 and I went to start my runner this morning and it had a rough time turning over. The battery is fine. Once it turns over, it idles very roughly and when i give it gas, it stalls. Hope this isn't a huge issue. Any help?
