The safest thing to do is assume that the TSBs have not been done. Read them all, watch for the symptoms, and take the truck in (TSB in hand) to ensure the work is done.
As far as the one recall on the V6 is concerned, it applied to a limited number of the vehicles. Before you pick up the truck, call and get them to verify whether the recall applies. If so, I'd have them do the work before picking it up.
