4 Runner Rust Issue

I'm trying to post pics with no luck. Anyway, I just wanted to get out there that the driver side control arm attaching point has rusted and torn away from the frame while my wife and kids were in the vehicle. It is the large triangular bracket that the bar from the axle mounts to. I need to get it to the dealer for an inspection, and I have a case opened with Toyota. I have filed a complaint with the NHTSB. They are recalling my 2000 Tundra for spare tire straps rusting and posing a hazzard because the tire may drop, but nothing with the 4 Runners. Oh, and yes I know of the Tacoma problems, I had my 97 purchased back from me because that frame was toast too. My 4 Runner is a 1997. I guess toyota makes a drivetrain that lasts, but whats the use if your only getting 12-13 years out of what that bolts too. I think I'm screwed. Thanks Toyota

I'd call that more than 'serious' - I'd call that freaking insane.
