Accessing the window assembly and replacing those 2 brackets takes time, a lot of patience and some muscle.
The replacement brackets have rubber gaskets that you have to slide onto the window. I replaced mine last year, because they were completely rusted out, and it took a lot of soap and leverage to get them on. Working on anything to do with that tailgate is a real PITA...Good luck.
