Anyone down to do Anza Borrego and Golf Ram Hills?
I'm not sure if there are golfers on the forum. I was looking to doing an Anza and Ram Hills on the same weekend. Would anyone be interested? I was thinking of a Sept/Oct trip.

I think it would be an overnight trip. Hit up Anza on a Saturday morning. Camp out in Anza and golf on Sunday. I've never been there.

I'm planning on organizing a larger Anza group run around Sept/Oct, too, assuming I don't end up moving to Seattle. I've lead a bunch of runs this past Winter/Spring with groups of up to 7 Toyotas -- some of which are 4Runners from here. I'm in a Tundra (@Spvrtan on IG).
I'm probably going to look at capping around 24 rigs and breaking the trail runs into 3 groups of 8 lead by other drivers experienced with the area, too.

Anza Borrego camping in Fall
Check for the high temps in September. You may find it is still too hot for comfort. I've been many times and usually go in February or March. That's also the wildflower season.

How difficult is Anza? Can a mostly stock vehicle with 285s handle it?
