Going Ham
I have two extra radios and batteries up for use. After the last couple 20 rig runs I went out and grabbed a couple extras for those that need... Just FYI.

Trying to convince the wife to let me come. She normally wouldn't care, but her whole family is flying in.

I don't mind buying a hand held. I kept hoping I would find a HAM that can just connect into the antenna I already use for my CB, which is nicely wired to my center console. That way I could swap between CB or HAM according to what's needed, and not have to drill and cut the dash.
This is what lives in my center console currently, and would love to get a HAM that's set up the same way if possible.
Anyone known if such HAM unit exists?
I might just get one of these cheap BaoBings: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00MAULSOK...M067UA18&psc=0
And add power adapter: https://www.amazon.com/Quality-Charg...v-5r+cigarette
And this mic/speaker: https://www.amazon.com/BTECH-QHM22-P...-5r+microphone
And... this lil' adapter should wrap up this pre-new years run project: https://www.amazon.com/DHT-Electroni...ntenna+adapter

Don't think they have an antenna that will work with both cb and ham since they both use different types of frequencies. I was originally planning on running both with two antennas, but in the end ditched the CB and went with a hard wired ham setup since everyone seems to have handhelds these days.

You could accidentally slip next time we’re hangin out and crack that other elbow...which could also have you figuring out how your gonna get up off the ground.
