SoCal Toyota Fest 2018
Does anyone have any info for this year’s SoCal Toyota Fest in Calico? I’d like to request time off from work but I haven’t heard a word on this anywhere. The official website only has last year’s info on it. Is it even happening?

I figured if it’s happening and hasn’t been announced, it’s due to the permits they are required to obtain. Thanks for the info. I guess we’ll just have to wait for the official dates when they’re available.

We scored last year with campground pricing but having everything legit and paying a little more for the campground and event fees is expected.

I mean the organizers have to put up big money for the permits and everything and hope enough people come out to at least break even, pretty big gamble in a sense. But yea I’d be more than willing to pay one flat fee for weekend that would include the campsite, a T-shirt or something, and maybe even a dinner
Also looking forward to leading a group again as I know the area much better

I've been waiting for this as well. Haven't heard anything but I guess they're doing a lot of organizing in the background, hopefully. It was great time last year!

The permits are actually pretty cheap. I've looked into them for chilitown. It's going to be the insurance that they're going to need to support the permits that's likely to end up costing them.
