The way I look at it Orange County is the perfect place. I think it is pretty much surrounded by LA, SD, and SB counties. But then again I am biased because I sorta live in the OC. Someplace right off the 405 would probably be best for ease of directions.

Weekend for sure... I thought the Spectrum was that huge mall place with Dave and Busters in it. Is their parking lot gigantic?

Yes & yes.... and a million people fill the parking lot. Hopefully they have completed the parking structure, so it might be better. There are some office buildings nearby with big parking lots too that we could probably hit up if the Spectrum is too packed. If the meet is early I don't think there should be a problem either way.

This was quite a few months back, in Echo Park. I think I asked you about it in another post. In any case, I wasn't even in the runner that day and guessed it was you because of the T4R and TRD stickers.

Whats early? 9 am 10 am?
Sounds like you are close to the spectrum maybe you could scout the parking lot one weekend and see how it is in the morning, or go check out those big business parks too.
Isn't there a Toyota dealership around there too?

We are headed out shopping today, but not till later, and weren't planning on the Spectrum......I don't think. mswscco, let me know soon if you happen to check the forum before I take off.
I know there is a Toyo dealer in Irvine but I'm not sure just how close it is. I'll keep my eye out. Why there? Just another location/landmark?

OK, I'm back. I found the PERFECT place! On top of the parking structure just off the freeway. The only other parking structure isn't open yet so there won't be any confusion. To make it even easier to find I took some pictures. There was even a 4runner ready and waiting.

I accidentally deleted the pic that had the exact roof clearance value, but it looked like at least 18" above my roof racks. The pics show 2 buildings close by. The Yard House is also adjacent and I'm hoping someone will join me for a pint before heading out.
