Am I the only one that's frustrated about all these blurred out photobucket pics??

Why is almost every photo I come across (esp on old threads) completely blurred out with the photobucket watermark? Is there any way to actually see these photos? because they're unclickable. Does that site really nuke old photos so that nobody can actually see any details after a few years? or is it when the person deletes their account? or do I need to make an account?

All of these possible reasons are stupid, IMO.

or am I just missing something?

This happened in the last year when PhotoBucket decided to go to a pay model for their services. So those with free accounts have had their photos blurred out when they’re linked into forums and the like. That’s the short story.

Yeah, it's not you or I, it's Photosucket. Nowadays, most people attach images directly or go through other, better hosting sites like Flikr or Imgur...
