I’m also in Rio, this thread is very slow, I’ve been subscribed for a few years and hardly anything gets posted here.
I was recently turned on to this more active local thread, join up.

Toytec Lift Kit install on 2016 TRDpro
Could anybody recommend a good place or someone that could install my lift kit for me in the Abq or Rio Rancho area. I have a 2016 TRD Pro and have the (FJ4RPRO - Toytec lift kit for TRD Pro 4Runners) and want to get it installed.
Thanks in advance.

Here's another meet up group (Desert Valley Overlanders) I've been hanging with. Great folks, lots of different rigs (Toyota heavy, but not exclusive), people with similar interests, family friendly, and lots of shared knowledge.

Nice group. Just moved my 2010 4runner from there. Got some good tinting in ABQ. Miss that warm weather.

Hi All,
I'm gonna check out the High Desert Cruisers, but I like to DIY but don't have a garage and really want to do the Fluid Film coating on my new TRD OFP but I don't have a place to put it on a lift.
I know I could crawl around and do my best, but was wondering if there was a place where people get together and do DIY stuff, a garage, or a place that provides that service in New Mexico.
I live in Taos, but I'll drive.

That's a tough one, and I'm not sure how to solve this issue. Have you given any thoughts to hitting up your local auto shop and tell them if they can use your rack for half hour? Just pay them half the cost of their hourly rate so they'll make a little money on you.
just a thought. Figured small town garages might be open to a local's request.

Hey y’all, who’s still active here?
I want some work done on my 4runner (1999), but my back is ****ed and I’m not really able to do this stuff anymore.
I live in Albuquerque. If you’re here, that would be sweet. I’d also be up to drive to you if it’s not too far. I’m mil, so have access to the base auto shop which has lifts and all kinds of tools if you’d feel like going there.
I would of course pay you for your time. In cash or beer, or whatever. Let me know.
Possible work: 1” body lift, welding

I wasn't active on here for a while due to various reasons but I've been on here more recently. I'm also in ABQ but currently I don't have much time to work on vehicles these days. Hopefully some other locals will chime in and give you a hand. Have you checked on TW? There's a lot more traffic there and a lot of talented folks.

I have not tried TW; I'll give them a try, thank you.
