Are there any easy AZ trails that a stock runner can do?

Looking to get out in the runner and do something different. This is my daily driver and I don't have the desire or money to build it into an extreme off road vehicle. I am just wondering if there any trails in the state that can easily be run with a stock runner.

If you know of some, please post the name and the area. Plus any additional info you would like to add about them.

Oh hell yes. Arizona is covered in dirt roads.

Get you one these: Benchmark Arizona Road & Recreation Atlas - 7th edition: Benchmark Maps: 9780929591971: Amazon.com: Books and one of these: Amazon.com: Guide to Arizona Backroads & 4-Wheel-Drive Trails 2nd Edition (9781934838198): Charles A. Wells, Matt Peterson, Shelley Mayer: Books and one of these: Backcountry Adventures: Arizona: Peter Massey, Jeanne Wilson: 9780966567502: Amazon.com: Books. Find somewhere you want to drive, check with the land ownership agency for trail conditions, tell somebody when you plan to be back, and go get your truck dirty.

disclaimer - I don't have any of those books. I have Utah trail guides by the same authors, and they're great, so I'm assuming the Arizona versions will be too

Try Schnebly Hill Road in Sedona or the Mingus Mountain trail in Cottonwood. If you really want a challenge, a 2010 Trail Edition in stock form made it through the Greasy Spoon trail in Sedona without any damage at all.

Out of Phoenix take Buckeye Rd to Gila Bend. When you get to the turn off for Arlington take the turn. Go down past the school, turn right. Tale the dirt road beside the RR track. Stop at the Desert Rose for a cold one. Get back on the dirt road and just go exploring.

A stock 4runner will do most if not all forest roads in the state. Northern Az is loaded with them..
