We're probably not going to offer this finish again any time soon to be honest.

Vin,

I have a 2000 4Runner with 285/70-17 (33s) tires coming later this week...

I might go with 35s in the future. Of your two 17" options which one would you most recommend for ease of fitment?

17 X 8.5 6 X 139.7 4.30" -10mm
17 X 9 6 X 139.7 3.50" -38mm

With 285/70/17 I would recommend the 17x8.5 option. 17x9 -38mm is extremely aggressive for a 3rd gen 4Runner especially with 35s. If you ever decide to step up to this size, I would recommend going with the 16x8 -25mm and 315/75/16 tires.

Ease of fitment and 35s don't really belong in the same sentence

Vin, much appreciated on the fast response, and some humor too.

If I were to go with the 17x8.5 wheels, what might be needed to fit (no rub) the 285/70 - 17 tires?

What do you think would be involved in getting 35s to not rub on 17x8.5s?

If it helps:

Front: Suspension lift (King) approx 2" with SPC UCAs
Rear: Suspension lift (King) approx 3"

Thanks much for the help.

hey Vin. Looking to get a set of F5's in 16x8 for my 01 3rd gen with the larger fender flares. I am going to overhaul my suspension with a mild bilstein/OME lift. I want the wheels to sit flush or slight outside the fender. Would 3.5BS be ok? Anything I need to worry about in regards to fitting 265/75/16's? Thanks ahead!

With the flares, I would recommend going with the 3.5" bs option. That's a great tire size choice for a 1.5-2" lift.

Vin, I attempted to PM you, but I'm not showing the message in my outbox, so I wanted to reach out on this thread. I'm looking to purchase the Stealth 6 17's in jet black within the next few weeks for my 2017 SR5. When will they be in stock next? I'd like to be waitlisted if some will arrive in January. Further, which lugs will I need to run?

I like F5s and have 2.25" lift already. Which backspacing you'd recommend for 255/80r17? I was thinking 3.50 to get wider stance and to avoid spacers. I don't mind doing bmc.

Looking for the right size F5 on my 5th Gen

2.5 lift upfront with camburg UCA.

I like the 16 wheels, will they clear the caliper?

One way to find out is by measuring your rotor size. If it measures around 12.5" then yes the F-5 will clear the calipers. If the rotors measure around 13" then you have the larger Sport version calipers which will not clear a 16" wheel.

Any update on these fitting limited calipers? No scs whees in 16 will wrap around the 13 rotor? Offset or any way of gettin it done
