No I wouldn't go to the dealership. You can register at toyotaowners.com just to make sure no maintenance has been recorded being done at a dealership. but with those miles and not being sure what's been done, I'd say just inspect everything yourself. Get underneath look at all the suspension and drivetrain parts, look for any damage or leaks, etc.
When I got mine, I changed all the fluids in all 3 of the differentials (front,center,rear) and changed to synthetic gear fluid which I highly recommend doing as soon as you can to maximize life in those parts.
I'd even be willing to meet up sometime in next couple weeks just to check out rides, take a look at it for ya, maybe even do some roading
