Webster Pass
Radical Hill. We didn't have time for it this time. But soon!.....
Ric coming down with Shawn in the distance.
Not much margin for error. This pic was taken right outside my of window.

Looking back on Red Cone.
This was a GREAT trip! The scenery was great and the company was even better! Runs like this remind me why I own a 4x4 and why I live in CO. It doesn't get much better than this.....
Now who's up for Radical Hill?????

It's all I can do not to go this weekend! I bought a CB, roof basket, and 2 gas cans today. No way am I not gonna have enough gas next time! Of course, getting lost and going 40 miles out of the way didn't help!

Guys, I've got some bad news (LOL!). I was planning on running Peak 10 and Crystal Lakes by myself tomorrow. Well, I noticed on the map that it is disturbingly close to Red Cone and Radical Hill! And since I have to drive by it, I might as well drive over it, too! Guess I'm gonna have to tackle Radical Hill by myself.
I spoke to Ron Helmuth earlier tonight. He says it can't be done without lockers all the way around, and that axles have been broken there. I didn't read that when I looked at the trail. TrailDamage doesn't show it to be that bad, either. I'll let you know and post lots of pics. Looks like I'm running it 3 weekends in a row.
