Some Photos from Moab

We had a small gathering last weekend at the "Moab 4runner Foray".

More photos to come as more of the group returns home.

Enjoy!

Yes.

This is Hells Gate and this is the same place where that one heep rolled end over. Scary place to be once you slip off that passenger side ledge like I did. Fortunately I had the winch to use it as a safety line so I won't roll.

I don't think I'll be doing that optional part of the trail next time I go! way too much pucker for me ;)

is it me or does the shadow of the 4runner in this pic look exactly like a lion standing there facing up Lion's Back hill ?!

Wow, that "crack" and Hell's Gate look pretty tough, nice to see the 4Runner conquering them. I think this was my favorite pic, you have this "I just kicked this rock's ass" look on your face

that was more like, damn I'm screwed what am I getting myself into lol

fortunately i didn't roll on any of the obstacles but it could have happened to any one of us that was there in moab. It's definitely a must go place for any offroader or even mountain biker (they're nuts!).

Thanks for the warm complements! I know everyone had lots of fun! Sux that a few of us came home w/ some damage though

O well, I guess it's time to start fixing and get back out there!

You might have a point but I know there are others out there. Michael (ahriman) was also there with me on one of the trail dates and he showed some great character wheelin his 4th gen too.

Bulldog-yota is also a pretty good wheeler too so I know there are others out there!

woohoo! It's just a matter of time.. I'm just lucky to be able to wheel abit more w/ all the toys I have

GOOD TIMES, that truck rocks man! :rocker: I think you set it up like a PRO man... that is what i want to do to mine... i told the wife that i went to Ocitillo Well Off road park in socal, and she was like are you nuts!!! Her concern was for the money paid for it... i just didn't want to scratch it, but, after hawaii, i am serioulsy yanking out my XREAS in mine and doing new coil overs with new control arms... i want ARB's front and rear to prevent sliding and slipping... but the bumbers are just massive dude...
