Any recommendations for shops in Houston?

Hey guys and gals,
Since it looks like there is a good amount of members here all round Houston, what shops do you recommend?

I’m looking for a shop mainly as a backup plan. I can do all my work, however in more recent times medical issues and work seem to get in my way.
