Yes it will. I also sell them if anyone needs one, just ask. You will also need a new Toyota emblem, as the hole is larger.

wow! same thing as the ones you get at the toyota dealer? how much? for the 02... the one with the black line going through the toyota emblem

It's around $145 and about $25 for the new emblem you need.
