Hi all,
We had a freak snowstorm in Vancouver and the windshield of my trusty 1990 v6 4x4 5spd was covered in heavy wet snow.
Like an idiot I turned the key without clearing the window; the wipers tried to move and then stopped.
I cleared the window completely but all 3 wipers are DOA. I assume it's a fuse.
Under the hood I am missing the cap to the smaller fuse bank, but the larger one still has the cap and legend. By flashlight they look OK but it's hard to tell.
I usually do my reading and solve my own problems but I am currently in a very slightly sticky position: 2 hours from now I leave to pick up the GF in the snow in the dark.
If the community could steer me in the right direction I would be eternally grateful. It would save the GF a long walk.
Where should I start? I can pull the truck into the shop at work, poach fuses, potentially sneak away and buy fuses or parts. Given the luxury of time I would not be asking.
