1997 A/C mods or conversion?

I own a 1997 4 wheel drive with a 5 speed. I love it. I've owned it for years. I now have a toddler and we live in AZ. It does have a heater in the rear of the console, but this doesn't help at 110 degrees. Has anyone ran ducts or swapped from another year or model to keep the kids cool?

Anything would help. Thanks.

Use your cargo cover to prevent cooling the air in the trunk area.

You might have to get your windows tinted to prevent solar radiation.
