1st gen rear bumper extensions

Just a shot in the dark here, try giving Scotty a call over at Addicted Offroad, maybe he'd sell you the two bumper mounting plates.

Other than that, maybe cutting up your old brackets, if you still have them, and taking them over to a welding shop to see if they can make you a pair out of whatever steel you want them made out of.

If/when you get them, do a follow up for us, I know I would like to find a pair to re-do my rear bumper some day! I am still using the old, crappy mounts I cut off my old Smittybuilt bumpers!

Wait, are we talking about the braces that go to the frame on an aftermarket bumper or the plastic wraparound pieces on a stock bumper? If we're looking at the stock pieces, I don't think you can get those new anymore. I would try junkyards specializing in old Toyotas, I know there's a couple.

Yes please specify what you are talking about. As for the stock rear plastic bumper ends, I found a website a long time ago that sells some stuff for the 1st gens.
I don't know if this place is still in business or have updated their website in a while, but you can give it a try and see if they have the ends still in stock. I've been meaning to find out if this place is legit or not so let me know if you check it out.

Camelback is legit, I've ordered from them, but I doubt they have those bumper ends.

OK, I'm back. Sorry for the confusion but I'm talking about the hard plastic bumper end caps and then the extensions at the lower rear quarter panel.
