Hey! My name is Chris, and I'm stationed at Eielson AFB. I've been up in alaska for about a month now. I have a 1995 Ford Bronco, and a 1987 Toyota 4Runner now! The Ford I'm selling, because I don't need 2 cars! I just bought it this morning for $2350! It has 221,000 miles on it, but it the engine was rebuild at 200,000 miles. I'll post more later! Here it is:

New to the forum but not new to toyotas.
Got this 1st gen 4Runner a month ago and already got it lifted and some 32in Kumho AT51 tires.
Took the 4Runner up for some mild snow wheeling and shooting.

Flexing on a sand pile.

Dogs lovin the back.

Sand pile got a little soft. Bridger mountains in the back ground.

I got this vehicle to do exploring in the woods with the dogs and find random trails around. Do some mild wheeling but mostly just getting away from the hustle and bustle and relaxing in the woods.

Topper color

Question for the thread. I'm restoring a couple of Gen1s (1986 SR5 and 1987 Deluxe both 5speed 4x4 w/ 22RE) and will be painting both of them. I've noticed the toppers for most of the trucks on this thread are body colored but both of mine are a matte black with texture.

Was a body colored topper an option (or conversely was black colored topper an option)? Or have the trucks with body colored toppers I'm seeing been painted?
