Attached is a link to a few pictures of my 2004 4Runner Sport model with the V8. We purchased the vehicle in early August and thus far have really enjoyed it. It replaced a 3rd generation that I really hated to see go... The 3rd generation was a 2WD and we recently moved to Colorado where we need the 4WD. There was only one vehicle to consider in my mind and that was another 4Runner as our 02 had been flawless. I really prefer the looks of the 3rd generation but beyond looks the 4th is better in every respect thus far.

Very nice truck! It looks great! I like the white sports a lot. I see your neighbor's love Toyota's too because of the tan RAV4 parked there!

Thanks! Actually the RAV4 was our as well but has since been replaced by a a Jeep Wrangler... The wife had issues with doing any 4 wheeling with the 4Runner so I added the Wrangler to the stable as my daily driver and trail rig. She now enjoys nearly exclusive use of the 4Runner. She got to try it out in the snow here last week and it performed very well for her but I am not thrilled with the Dunlop tires on it. Once worn out they will be replaced with something a little larger and more aggressive...

Nice upgrade there from a RAV4. I am not happy with the Dunlop's either. I should have requested the dealer to put on the Michelin's when I got the truck!

I had the Michelin LTX-MS on the 2002 I traded on this and really did like them for street performance. Not sure if they are as aggressive a look as I want going forward but I think I have plenty of time to look around as I only have 3K miles on the Dunlops... Right now I am look possibly at the Goodyear MTR's or if I go a little less aggressive possibly the BTF AT's.
