Recently I noticed a small vibration while sitting at a light in gear. RPM is sitting right at 500. Any ideas what I can do to clear this up? Clean the throttle body possibly or new plugs? If I bump the revs up just a bit to 600ish it goes away. Currently 70K on the clock. Thanks!

yeah just clean the throttle body, new plugs if you haven't done that in a while, also make sure you have a fresh airfilter. Cleaning the MAF sensor is a plus as well. it should idle like normal after that

Hmm, I have about 80k on my '07 V8 4R and have never had that problem. I think with most newer cars, the idle is set by the computer and can't be manually adjusted. It sounds like it might be running a little low but not by much.
It shouldn't need new plugs, because we have the iridium plugs in our V8's and I think they are rated to 100k or 120k before they need to be replaced. It wouldn't hurt to make sure your air filter isn't too dirty and if you haven't cleaned your MAF sensor and your throttle body, it might not hurt. I would make sure you're using decent gas (not the cheapest that money can buy at a no-name gas station) and maybe throw in a bottle of BG 44K or another quality fuel system treatment. If the basic tune-up and standard maintenance stuff I have listed above doesn't work, you might want to bring it in to a shop to have them look at it. Good luck.
