I dunno, what's broken? Is it TSBs that you want suggestions on?
Follow the advice in this thread about finding TSB's on the forum.
For a while, Alldata had posted TSB's for free, but they ended that practice. If those are the dead links you're talking about, call them out (post a reply in that thread) and see if someone can add the PDF file to the thread.

Is there a particular definition of "bumper to bumper" that you're working from?

In US, Toyota actually calls it a basic warranty -
36 months/36,000 miles (all components other than normal wear and maintenance items). Rattles and poor fit are also very limited for dealer repair - usually the first few months of ownership.
BMW has a true bumper-to-bumper which includes wiper blades, bulbs, drive belts, brake linings, etc. Ha, Free but you pay for it!
You know you still can buy an extended warranty if thought of not having one keeps you up at night. Dealer has one as well as 3rd parties - just read provisions and don't over pay for it.

4 runner is going in tomorrow to have the driver's seat TSB checked out. Thanks for posting sharp4runner.
bumper to bumper / comprehensive / basic - whatever you want to call the toyota 3 year / 36 month warranty...i understand the difference but this is a toyota forum - the basic warranty was the same for all of us.
no extended warranty for me - i sleep just fine.

Hope it works out for you. I know how annoying it is to feel that shift/pop during turns. It's been almost a year after the fix and I'm still good to go (knock on wood).
