2011 toyota 4runner V6 limited just pass 100k mileage change transmission fluid?

hope all is well,

my 4runner just reached 100829 miles.

was wondering should one do a transmission flush and change fluid.
if so has any members posted instructions with photos on how to do it?

I would do a drain and refill using OEM fluid. Plenty of info on here how to do it.
