3rd Gen 4Runner Buyer...Need Advice

Doh! I had a Limited I was going to post, and mixed the two up.

That black one is a steal if everything checks out. I'd almost go buy it myself, then list it here and make a couple of hundred bucks. :high5:
It bothers me a little that the seats are in such bad shape with that mileage though. I'd want to see a Carfax on it for sure, to make sure there's no OD fraud going on.

I want to send the guy an offer just for the mud flaps! LOL

Found what seem to be a good deal on Craigslist in SoCal. 4Runner looked super clean inside and out and had 140K miles. Being a little skeptical I decided to pay the money for carfax. Here's what I found.



The last odometer reading on January 2015 was nearly 300K miles! I searched other vehicles and found accidents, odometer rollbacks, shady title changes and more! Buyer beware! I think the money spent on carfax was worth it.
