3rd Gen Limited need help with paint

Hey guys, here is a pick of my girl 98 4runner limited.

She looks and runs good but I can't find a solution to get some marks off and shine her up. Here is what I'm talking about.

any suggestions?

Suggest you Google search (yes really) "restore auto paint" or something alone those lines.

The 4Runner does not have special or unique paint and restoring it is something you can find information about online, probably better info on some of the forums dedicated to this topic.

There are a few threads on this site about paint restoration but I wouldn't consider them to be solid sources of truth.

I know there is a thread on here specifically about restoring white 4Runner paint. I don't have the link but you could probably find if you use the search guide linked in my signature.
