3rd gen to 4th gen Roof Rack Help

I have Thule load bars & feet that I used on my old 3rd gen T4R. Can some of this be reused on my new (to me) 4th gen with factory rails? Would love to find some feet that would attach to the factory rails and attach to the load bar posts. Bought them 20+ years ago but still in great shape....
