4th gen spark plug torque spec?

Getting ready to swap the plugs on my V6 4th Gen.

How much torque when tightening them down?

Any tips or hidden secrets on the plug change, this will be my first on the 4runner?

I always snug it first then give a quarter final turn, so let say u snug it and the rachet stop at 3 o clock position, i turn it to 6 o clock as a final turn.
