A/C delay when starting up?

I'll second the blend door problem. This just happened to my 17 Limited (HVAC panel completely dark for about 45 seconds with no air movement). Check to see if one side or the other is not cooling correctly. I scanned the truck with TechStream and it pinpointed the blend door. Although I am mechanically adept, I opted to let the dealer disassemble the whole dash to replace the blend door actuator because I didn't have the time. $2300 dollars later the HVAC is functional again.
