AC Dryer leaking/bubbling

Just noticed my AC Dryer has a pinhole sized leak that is letting out tiny bubbles at the corner of the little block thing on top.

Is this something I can put a little jb weld over to keep from bubbling out?
What are long term consequences of leaving it the way it is? Etc..
How should I fix it?

I think it's been like this for a while, but I didn't notice it until yesterday when I was pushing on the dryer to bend the bracket back a little bit. So, I may have caused the leak yesterday, but it has been wet, dark oily like consistency like in the picture for a long time.

Thanks guys!
I've looked up the part, after figuring out what it even was. Lol

A shop needs to do the evac and refill, right?
