Alignment With 4" Front Lift and Stock UCA's

I am guilty of this myself. I wanted to see how far the stock UCA's would go. Once I raised my coils that little extra I decided it was time for castor corrected UCA's. So I sent my shocks back to Fox for a little tweaking and ordered up the Desert/DSM Uni-Ball UCA's. Quick way to drop $600.

i know all about spending too much money on stupid shit but saying you cant throw money around while having a $1200 bumper and a lift with 285s, seems a little odd.

I drove my runner around for year thinking it was normal to have the wandering and darting on the highway until I forked over the dough for the total chaos UCA's. In hind sight, I wish I had just purchased everything when I could here and there and installed it all at the same time. My alignment was out by 4* on the drivers side and 2* on the passenger side, which was aligned by the Toyota dealership here in town. They never told me after they installed the lift that it was that far out. No, they don't get my business any longer. Now it drives straight as an arrow and is actually fun to drive again.
If I paid retail for any of my "goodies" you might have a valid comment. The truth is that I didn't pay anywhere near that amount and never would. If I can find UCA's for the equivalent of what I paid so far the other parts I'd go for it but I have yet to find any for $60.
I am not sure I would want used UCA's thought. You don't know how worn the BJ is until you get it installed. Now if I knew the person I was buying a used set from that would be different. But not sure I trust just anyone. With that being said I got my Desert Uni-ball UCA's fir $600.

yes. the only reason i am posting this info up is i think i am close to the 4" limit
why?
fj coils supposed to be 1" taller right?
daystar supposed to do 2.5"
wouldnt that put me at 3.5" ish
although i am v8 and 4wd will that bring it down a bit? can it be mine is a 03 with extra extra rust so it aligns right? IDK LoL

IDK, but I like your alignment numbers. I have a 6 month warranty, so I am going to bring it back with your sheet and see what he can do.
I did just buy a set of used Light Racing UCA's and will find out if it was a mistake or not but I'm pretty sure they'll be fine.
The BJ in those seem pretty solid. Do you know which version you bought? I would be more worried about the welds cracking.
I opted for the overly beefy Desert Products UCA's. Cost me more than i wanted to spend, but i have my piece of mind. Weird how sometimes we spend more than we should for a stupid mental thing...
