any one order from amazon?

i ordered a brush guard from amazon in November. after i ordered they informed me it was on back order. and it would ship. the beginning of this month. i still dont have it. and they no longer sell from the company i ordered it from. i also dont remember then name of the company. so i cant contact then, anyone been ripped off ordering stuff from there site?

You just need to ask for a refund from Amazon. I can't imagine them not giving you your money back.

Yes, get in touch with Amazon, they'll take care of it for you. I had an issue with something through Amazon and I went through them, instead of the specific seller.

I've ordered numerous things from Amazon, and have ALWAYS had good service. They usually guarantee the transactions themselves, whether they're the seller or not, and will refund whatever falls through, for whatever reason (just don't wait forever). I recently ordered an expensive headphone set--they sounded terrible, so Amazon took them right back--I tried another set, same result--Amazon issued a refund on the spot. Yeah, I'd trust them, GL4R.

You should still be able to find a purchase history and find the company name. Then you can file a claim just like ebay on the purchase. I have never had to get money back from Amazon before but I'm sure it's just as fast/easy as ebay claim. Especially if you payed with paypal. And if amazon doesn't refund you, paypal will if thats how you payed. GL!

Another big fan here. These days I buy more from there than any other place. The few times I needed to return anything or cancel a order they handled it without issue.

This!!! I order from Amazon atleast 4 times a month lol. Sign in, go to order history and it'll list your recent orders. You can even go back like 4 years or something. Hope you get it resolved!
