Austin Runners?

Had a great meet with Cahardesty here locally in north austin along with one of my other good friends with a 3rd gen 4x4 runner. i am very curious to how many other runners we have here in the local Austin, Texas area. . there are no groups from what i can tell so far and would love to put together a regular meet-up somewhere and of course some local wheeling runs at the surrounding off road parks. i used to be part of the TLCA meets for land cruisers a few years ago, and they loved to keep their smaller brother (4Runners) under their wing, but i still have yet to see a real 4Runner group here in central texas. . if there is something im missing let me know! if not, like i said id love to start meeting with some of you fine central texas runner folk!

Resurrecting this thread.

Any places around Austin or the outskirts to wheel without going to Hidden Falls or a park? My brother is in town on vacation and we want to get the tires dirty and none of the parks are open until Friday.

I'm in Austin. I've been wanting to go wheeling for a while, but have been busy. My schedule has been a bit steadier lately though so I can probably go in the next month or two. I have a couple buddies of mine local both own Jeeps, and one of them is currently working on a 1st Gen 4runner build. We should all get together sometime!
